Hi! My name is Lily Pham and I crossed Spring '24, Beta Epsilon!

Rho has given me some of my favorite memories, lifelong friendships, and a community that has supported me through every chapter of my college experience. I am so grateful for the opportunity to help create that same experience for others. I am so honored to lead a sisterhood filled with kind, driven and genuine women.

Rho is a place where you can have a home away from home, find your people, and grow alongside sisters who will celebrate your successes and stand by you through the challenges. Whether you are looking for a close-knit community, new experiences, or simply a place where you feel at home, I hope you take the opportunity to get to know us!
